Their commitment to workforce equity, apprenticeship opportunities, and community benefits has been an important part of the project’s success and reflects the values recognized by the Envision Platinum Award.

Collaboration at the Core

The Envision Platinum Award recognizes not only the technical achievements of the project but also the strong collaboration among the Portland Water Bureau, design and engineering partners, construction teams, and community stakeholders. Together, they have created a facility that reflects the region’s values and long-term priorities.
