Delivering Critical Infrastructure for the Portland Water Bureau

Our JV is currently delivering the Bull Run Filtration Facility and Pipeline, one of the most significant water infrastructure investments in the region.

This project showcases our ability to:

  • Execute complex conveyance systems including large-diameter pipelines and trenchless installations
  • Navigate challenging site conditions and deep excavations
  • Collaborate closely with the owner and stakeholders to maintain schedule and minimize community impacts
